Omnisens introduces new North American business manager
OMNISENS WELCOMES DANA DUTOIT AS NORTH AMERICAN MANAGER
Omnisens, the worldwide known company in fiber optic temperature and strain sensing, is pleased to introduce Dana DuToit as Omnisens new North America Manager.
Mr. DuToit joins Omnisens with more than 20 years of experience in fiber optics and sensing applications. He was the worldwide director of sales at Verrillon Inc., the renowned specialty fiber optic manufacturer. He actively participated to the development and to the introduction of dedicated optical fibers for oil & gas applications with emphasis on in-well integration. Prior to Verrillon, he was with SpecTran Corp. , Specialty Optics Company (now OFS) for more than 15 years, holding different positions, from product manager and eventually moving on to sales management position. Most recently he was the VP of sales & marketing at Chromis Fiberoptics Inc., a startup company designing
and manufacturing new plastic optical fibers, where he participated to the definition and to the implementation of the company development strategy.
